This Cancellation and Refund Policy outlines the terms under which Quiczy POS provides subscription cancellations and refunds. By subscribing to Quiczy POS, you agree to the terms stated below.


1. Subscription-Based Service

Quiczy POS is a subscription-based software service. All payments made for subscription plans are considered as payment for access to digital software services and platform usage.


Once a subscription is activated, users gain immediate access to system features, onboarding support, and technical infrastructure. Due to the nature of digital services, refunds are limited and subject to the conditions below.


2. Cancellation Policy

Customers may cancel their subscription at any time by contacting the Quiczy POS support team or through their account settings, if available.


Upon cancellation:


  • Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period
  • No prorated refunds will be issued for unused subscription time
  • Access to services will be discontinued after the billing cycle ends

Quiczy POS reserves the right to cancel or suspend services in case of violation of terms, misuse, or non-payment.


3. Refund Policy

Due to the nature of digital software services, all payments made to Quiczy POS are generally non-refundable.


Refunds may be considered only under the following conditions:


  • Duplicate payment made by mistake
  • Technical issues preventing service access that cannot be resolved
  • Billing errors from Quiczy POS

Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of payment. Requests submitted after this period may not be eligible for refund consideration.


4. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be provided under the following circumstances:


  • Change of business decision
  • Partial usage of subscription period
  • Feature expectations not matching user preference
  • Failure to use the service after purchase
  • Lack of internet connectivity or third-party hardware issues
  • Subscription renewals
  • Custom development or integrations

5. Free Trial Policy

If a free trial or demo is provided, users are encouraged to evaluate the system before purchasing. Once a paid subscription is activated after trial or demo, the subscription becomes non-refundable.


6. Subscription Renewal

Subscriptions may automatically renew based on the selected plan. By subscribing, you authorize Quiczy POS to charge applicable renewal fees.


Customers are responsible for cancelling subscriptions before renewal dates. Refunds will not be issued for renewal payments.


7. Service Suspension

Quiczy POS reserves the right to suspend or terminate services under the following conditions:


  • Violation of terms and conditions
  • Fraudulent activities
  • Misuse of platform
  • Payment failure

No refunds will be issued in case of suspension due to policy violations.


8. Processing of Refunds

If a refund is approved, the refund will be processed within 7–14 business days. Refunds will be issued through the original payment method.


Processing time may vary depending on banks or payment gateways.


9. Changes to Policy

Quiczy POS reserves the right to modify this Cancellation and Refund Policy at any time without prior notice. Updated policies will be published on the website.
